A part-theoretical, part-practical program consisting of multi-module workshops with progressive levels, it is suitable for learners interested in building sustainable practices through the use of self-care plan, lifestyle re-organization tools, mindfulness practice and mindset transforming principles.
Senses & Wellness
This specialized series focuses on hands-on sense stimulation, as learners gain awareness of the interconnectivity of the five senses with their psychological, emotional and physiological wellbeing. Through immersive workshops that guide them through exploration of various sensory experiences, participants will be equipped to establish personal routines for self-care and balance.
Creative Expressions
This is a craft-based program that engages participants in therapeutic, creative activities. By tapping into their authentic selves and expressing their thoughts and emotions through craft work, the workshops promote mindfulness, positivity, self-expression and self-awareness. Suitable for learners of all levels.
Mind & Body Rejuvenation
This series, conducted by veteran instructors in their respective fields, aims to connect the mind and body through mindful movements, interwoven with breathing techniques. Participants gain an understanding of how physical movements strengthen their mental flexibility, and vice versa.
